This Privacy Policy explains what information Groxza ("Groxza", "we", "us") collects through the Groxza mobile app and this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this to create and identify your Groxza account. We never see or store your Google password.
Groxza lets you optionally connect social platform assets — currently a YouTube channel, a Facebook Page, and/or an Instagram account — so other creators can discover you and so Groxza can offer promotion features for that channel, Page, or account. We only request this when you choose to connect a platform, and only the specific information described below for that platform.
YouTube. If you connect a YouTube channel, Groxza uses the YouTube Data API to access permitted channel and video information (channel name, handle, thumbnail, subscriber/video/view counts, and video metadata for content you choose to promote) needed to provide creator discovery, channel connection, and Groxza-native promotion features.
Facebook. If you connect a Facebook Page, Groxza uses Meta's Graph
API, requesting only the pages_show_list and
pages_read_engagement permissions, to access the list of Pages you
manage and each Page's name, profile picture, category, and follower count. Groxza
does not access your personal Facebook profile, posts, friends list, or messages,
and does not post to your Page on your behalf.
Instagram. If you connect an Instagram account, Groxza uses the Instagram API with Instagram Login, requesting only basic profile access, to read your account's id, username, account type, and media count. Groxza does not access your posts, followers, direct messages, or comments, and does not post to your account on your behalf.
For any of these platforms, the access token used to read this information is stored encrypted and only on our servers — it is never sent to or stored on your device.
If you use a referral code, we store the relationship between the referring and referred accounts so rewards can be credited correctly. We keep a ledger of your in-app coin balance and the transactions that changed it (e.g. a referral reward, a campaign spend).
We log basic app activity (e.g. screens visited, actions taken) on our own servers to keep the product working and to fix problems. We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Groxza uses the YouTube API Services. By using the parts of Groxza that connect to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Groxza's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review Google's own privacy practices at the Google Privacy Policy.
Groxza's use of information received from Facebook and Instagram will adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Data Policy. We only request the Page-listing permissions (Facebook) or basic profile access (Instagram) described in Section 1 above, and we do not use that data for advertising or share it with any third party.

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from within the app. Deleting your account disconnects every connected social platform asset (YouTube channel, Facebook Page, and/or Instagram account) and revokes their stored access tokens, and removes your profile and personal identifiers; anonymized transaction records may be retained where needed for fraud-prevention and accounting integrity.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and API access is protected by per-session authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Groxza is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
