1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Groxza account or using the Groxza app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Groxza.

2. What Groxza Is

Groxza is an independent creator discovery and promotion platform. It allows creators to create profiles, discover other creators, connect with the creator community, and use virtual Groxza coins for eligible promotional features within the Groxza platform.

Groxza does not sell, exchange, or guarantee subscribers, followers, views, likes, comments, shares, or watch time on YouTube, Facebook, or any other connected platform.

3. Eligibility & Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Groxza. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Groxza is not intended for use by anyone below the minimum age required by their country's law or Google's own terms.

4. Social Platform Integration

Groxza may integrate with third-party social platforms, currently YouTube and Facebook. Connecting an account or creator asset (a YouTube channel or a Facebook Page) is always optional, and you choose whether to connect it. Groxza accesses only the information permitted by the relevant platform's authorization and API policies — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that is per platform.

You must own or be authorized to manage any channel or Page you connect. Connecting a YouTube channel requires you to authorize Groxza via Google's OAuth flow, and your use of YouTube through Groxza is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connecting a Facebook Page requires you to authorize Groxza via Meta's Login flow, and is also governed by the Meta Platform Terms.

Groxza does not guarantee followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments, shares, or other engagement on any connected third-party platform.

5. Referral Program

• Each account may attach only one referral code, and only once.
• You cannot use your own referral code.
• Rewards are credited to the referring account once the referred account completes the qualifying action (currently: finishing their creator profile).
• Reward amounts, limits, and eligibility rules are set by Groxza and may change at any time.
• We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, multiple/fake accounts, or abuse of the program.

6. Coins & Wallet

Coins are virtual credits used for eligible Groxza features. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or engagement on any connected platform. Coins:

• have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for real money or any other consideration;
• cannot be purchased with real money at this time;
• may be adjusted by Groxza to correct errors, reverse fraudulent activity, or enforce these Terms;
• may expire or be reset if your account is closed or terms are violated.

7. Campaigns & Promotion

Spending coins to promote your creator profile or content increases its visibility within Groxza's discovery surfaces on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee specific outcomes from any promotion, and campaign spending purchases visibility inside Groxza only — it does not purchase or guarantee subscribers, followers, views, likes, comments, shares, or watch time on YouTube, Facebook, or any other connected platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards or campaign limits.
• Attempting to manipulate, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its APIs.
• Uploading or promoting content that violates YouTube's, Meta's, or any connected platform's own policies.
• Harassing, impersonating, or defrauding other users.

9. Content

Groxza displays creator, channel, and Page information sourced from the platforms you connect (currently YouTube and Facebook). We don't host your video content or Page content — Groxza only links to and describes it.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or to Groxza.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Groxza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groxza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Groxza is a discovery and promotion platform only. We do not host, produce, or accept custom or original video uploads — every video and account shown on Groxza is fetched directly from a creator's connected social media account (currently YouTube or Facebook) through that platform's official API. We do not create, verify, moderate, or independently review the accounts, videos, or claims displayed.

Accordingly, Groxza is not responsible or liable for any harm, loss, or illegal or infringing activity arising from or connected to any promoted account or video, including but not limited to its accuracy, legality, or authenticity, or any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful conduct by a creator or third party through their connected account. Users should exercise their own judgment before relying on, following, or engaging with any promoted creator or content. Groxza may remove or restrict any account or content at its discretion but is under no obligation to monitor it on an ongoing basis.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Groxza after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
